The fully-inclusive weekly rental rates for our Sirena Pafia apartment are given here:

Please note that changeover days are flexible, and departure times are negotiable.
Booking arrangements
To make a booking please use the Availability page to check when the apartment is available, and then Contact us to make a provisional booking.
When the dates have been confirmed we will send you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions and your booking will be reserved for a period of 5 days to allow you to arrange suitable flights.
Please do not book any flights until you have received confirmation that your preferred dates are available.
Payment terms
A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is required to secure a booking which is to be sent together with your completed booking form within 5 days of making the booking.
Once we have received your deposit and booking form we will confirm in writing when the balance is due, normally 6 weeks before commencement of the rental. Any bookings made within 6 weeks of the rental start date usually requires the full amount to be paid.
We can accept payments in GBP £ or Euros € using one of three methods: bank transfer (our preferred method), PayPal, or cheque. The PayPal system allows secure payments to be made with a choice of credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express and Solo - without incurring a surcharge.
Security deposit
A separate refundable £150 security deposit, to cover any breakages and damage, is required at the same time as the balance and will be returned within two weeks after your holiday, when it has been confirmed that everything is in order and no additional charges incurred.
What's included in the price?
A complementary welcome pack of provisions consisting of: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, mineral water, orange juice, bread and butter is provided on your arrival.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels together with beach/pool towels are provided thus saving on baggage allowance.
An English-speaking representative is on hand to answer any questions and provide help.

A mid-holiday/weekly change of linen and towels.
Transport to and from the airport.

The apartment sleeps up to a maximum of 4 and a no smoking policy applies.
